Jaya Hollohan’s bio:


  • Facilitated thousands of energy therapy sessions that have helped people’s bodies, minds and spirits to heal tremendously well.
  • Obtained Certification as an Advanced BodyTalk Practitioner, Parama BodyTalk Practitioner, Certified yoga teacher, Mindfulness Life Coach, Cranial Sacral, Reiki practitioner.
  • Completed Peter Levine PhD’s 3 year Professional Somatic Experiencing Training (received Certificate) that helps to integrate trauma related energy and symptoms, while enhancing nervous system’s capacity for self~regulation.
  • Work primarily with clients that want to integrate:
          1) unhelpful mental/emotional patterns and their influences on physical health;
          2) trauma and its various affects on overall health; and
          3) conditioning that negatively affects overall health and well~being and the ability to live more consciously.
  • Author of the self~help book, “Who We Are When We Thrive: Remembering Happiness & Rediscovering Health” (see Tools for details!)
  • Completed a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Waterloo and an MA in Peace and Development Studies at the UJI University in Spain.
  • Traveled to over 30 countries for work, play, and study at universities and various spiritual institutions. Jaya has walked the Camino de Santiago in Spain and the sacred Machu Picchu trail in Peru, visited the pyramids in Egypt, the Sea of Galilee in Israel, holy Bethlehem in Palestine, the Buddhist Temples of Asia, spent periods of time in the Ashrams of India, lived and worked amongst the ancient cultures of West Africa, studied literature in Ireland and peace and development studies in Spain, and much more in the search of truth and for the love of life.
  • Studied and sat in person with many well-known, beloved Sages and wise people including: Mooji, Ramesh Balsekar, Thich Nhat Hanh, Bentinho Massaro, Matt Kahn, Abraham Hicks, and more.
  • Worked as a part-time consultant in International Development with the Federal Government (CIDA) for 7 years (ending in 2013) and taught staff yoga during the lunch hours!
  • Loves to run, bike, swim in lakes and rivers, do yoga, meditate, dance, make amazingly tasty and healthy food, and play with her beautiful son and friends.
